Digital Native: A person for whom digital technologies already existed when they were born, and hence has grown up with digital technology such as computers, the Internet and smart/mobile phone.
For example: It has been assumed that young people are naturally digitally savvy and are classed as digital natives because they have grown up using technology on a daily basis. Although this does not mean that people of other age groups cannot be or are not as savvy with technology.
