Android: Android is an operating system and designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. Despite being primarily designed for phones and tablets, it has been also used in televisions, games consoles, digital cameras and other electronics.
For example: Samsung and HTC run Android operated smartphones whereas iPhones use Apple’s IOS operating system.
