Top Tips and Resources
Dictate and Transcribe for assessment feedback and professional discussions
Microsoft Word includes built-in Dictate and Transcribe tools that allow teachers and business support staff to turn speech into text quickly and accurately – all you need is a microphone and a reliable internet connection.
These features support more efficient ways of working while also promoting accessibility and inclusive practice. Learn more in our blog post.
Top Tip: Restarting Microsoft Teams
If the Microsoft Teams application is not working as expected, it is often worth giving it a full restart before reaching out for additional support. This can often resolve certain issues, such as messages, channels, Classwork, or the Turnitin tab not loading properly, or Teams freezing completely. Learn more in our blog post.
Top Tip – Shortcuts
Pressing Ctrl+Shift+T on your keyboard lets you quickly and conveniently re-open a recently closed tab in an internet browser. Why not give it a go?
