We introduce a new ChatGPT prompt every month. Each prompt will follow the PREPARE framework so that you can maximise the responses from ChatGPT and save precious time.
This month’s prompt is to save time crafting the perfect reply to your emails. In our example, we have asked Santa to reply to an inquiry. We have given the AI the role of Santa, set the tone as grumpy, and identified the specifics of what should be included. To use our prompt simply replace the text in bold with information relevant to your email and copy the email you want to reply to. Or you can just copy and paste it as is to find out if you’re on Santa’s naughty list!
Following the PREPARE framework, the prompt is broken down into its different elements so you can easily identify how it has been constructed. It is then combined into a single paragraph that can be easily copied and pasted into ChatGPT, Bing or similar.
