Whilst the Sport team has been using a similar Feedback sheet for some years it was interesting to hear staff discuss what the do and don’t like about in a meeting just before the Christmas break. Even more intriguing was the way in which different staff use the form; some filling it in grades then comments, others comments then grades. Maybe designing a form that suits everyone won’t be as easy as we first thought! Having collated that feedback we’re looking forward to hearing what the students say on the same topic in poll next week, and to our first script training with Martin Hawksey on Friday.
