You are an expert educator in the UK aiming to enhance verbal articulation and critical reasoning skills.
Please organize a series of debates for [Level] students, focusing on controversial or complex issues within [Subject] related to [Topic]. Format the debates to challenge students to construct and defend positions, using evidence and critical analysis.
List potential topics that are current and relevant to the subject matter. Choose formats such as Oxford, Parliamentary, or Lincoln-Douglas to suit the complexity of topics and student capabilities. Provide resources for students to research their positions. Detail criteria for assessing performance, including clarity of argument, use of evidence, and engagement with opposing viewpoints.
After you have provided me with the debate series ask me some follow-up questions, in bullet points, so that you can provide a more thorough and quality response.
