Virtual Reality Applications

Virtual Reality (VR) transforms education by providing immersive, interactive experiences. We offer sessions for the supported programs listed below. We are also happy for staff to research and suggest apps for us to download for them to try.

We have ten Meta Quest 3 headsets for running VR sessions in our dedicated Innovation Suite.

Full licence applications

These are applications we have paid licenses for that get renewed annually:

  • 3D Organon – is a VR anatomy app that lets users explore life-like 3D models of the human body, offering interactive tools and detailed anatomical definitions (available on both VR headsets and iPads).
  • Bodyswaps – is an AI‑powered VR training platform that uses immersive simulations to help learners develop essential soft skills, such as communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and interview techniques, by role‑playing scenarios and receiving personalised behavioural feedback. You can find a library of available modules and pathways here (available on both VR headsets and iPads).
