A reminder that to create a new Team, you need to use the Form located on the Staff Dashboard. These Teams are automatically created based on the information you provide in the form.

Student Helpdesk

The Student Helpdesk has been refreshed over the summer. For those unaware, the Student Helpdesk is a central hub designed to support students with clear, accessible information and guidance.

They will find helpful information on accessing their college accounts, Teams, LearnZone, ILP, Wellbeing, Accessibility and much more.

Make sure to highlight the Helpdesk to your students and encourage them to check it first whenever they need help or support.
