We have developed six pathways to build your confidence in the use of digital technology in your teaching, learning, and assessment practice. The Digital Learning team has a number of awards to recognise your achievements. All awards are a progression and will build on previous achievements.

- The Discover Award is for staff who are new to the college and looking to discover the card digital skills.
- The Explore Award is for staff looking to explore the use of technology for teaching, learning, and assessment.
- The Empower Award is for staff looking to empower their learners with accessibility tools and features.
- The Integrate Award is for staff looking to integrate technology into their everyday teaching, learning, and assessment.
- The Innovate Award is for staff looking to innovate their teaching, learning, and assessment with a range of technologies.
- The Pioneer Award is for looking to become experts and pioneer new approaches in digital learning.
