We are pleased to announce that the eLearning Team has a small amount of funding available for individuals or teams to kick-start their technology based Teaching, Learning and Assessment idea. Proposals can be anything technology related; from software and hardware, to sharing good practice or “students as partners”.
If you have a project that you would like to propose to the eLearning Team, please fill out this short google form. Within this form you will be asked for a synopsis of your idea, how it will impact on Teaching, Learning and Assessment and the students and/or staff that will be involved.
Some project ideas may be:
– Introducing new technologies into classes
– Embedding more technology in your curriculum
– Developing a “students as partner” project
– Sharing good practice events or visits
– Or anything else you can think of!
Successful projects will be expected to keep a project blog and share findings with peers.
Submit your proposal by May 20th 2016 to be in with a chance.
We want to encourage all staff to develop their technology based ideas but we only have a limited fund available, which we will either split into separate projects or awarded to one project. Therefore, whether you are successful in receiving a kick-start fund or not, we will give you feedback and help you in moving forward with your idea.
