This user group was held at Aston University and was always set to be a lively one after the annual outages that happened once again just before Christmas.
The CEO from America, attended the meeting, to apologise and to reassure the UK academic community that steps had been put in place to ensure this didn’t happen again.
Some really exciting developments were highlighted and shown on the roadmap. One of the most useful for us at the moment is the future release of feedback before grades functionality. This will allow the tutor to release feedback and also pre-set a date where the grade is released automatically, thereby placing more importance on the feedback for developmental purposes.
