Mahara

Mahara is an open source student centred e-portfolio.  It is an environment where students can collect, reflect on and share achievements and developments in a space they can control.  It also offers the opportunity for social networking, through forums, blogs and groups and formal assessment submission of student work if required.

The table below shows some potential uses of this technology in both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE).  Below this are videos which demonstrate how this technology could be used in teaching and learning.
