Each week we shall be testing a small selection of Apps for use in Teaching and Learning and creating a list of must have apps for Education.<\/h3>\n

This week we have chosen five apps, some\u00a0that you may have seen before, that you could use within your teaching to either enhance student enagement or enhance productivity. All of the follwoing apps are currently available to download for free\u00a0in the Apple app store\u00a0UK.<\/p>\n

We encourage you\u00a0to download a few of these apps, have a play with them and use them with your students, feel free to\u00a0send us your success stories\u00a0and share your good practice!<\/p>\n

Kindle<\/strong>– The Amazon reader app for books<\/p>\n

Popplet HD<\/strong>– Visual mind mapping tool<\/p>\n

Socrative<\/strong>– Great classroom response system for use with quizzes<\/p>\n

Prezi viewer<\/strong>– Viewer for Prezi presentations<\/p>\n
