As the academic year draws to a close, we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and well done to everyone. It\u2019s been another full-on year, and through it all, we\u2019ve supported each other, adapted, and kept things moving forward. Whether you’re heading into a well-deserved break or wrapping things up, take pride in everything we’ve achieved together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Highlights<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This year has seen some fantastic digital successes across the College Group – from new ways of working to creative approaches in teaching and learning. Here\u2019s a quick look at what you have achieved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wooclap<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n

Wooclap has been a great way to bring sessions to life this year, helping you make learning more interactive and responsive. Easy to use and packed with features, fantastic for sparking participation, whether in the classroom or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, 317<\/strong> active staff members<\/strong> have created 2,085 events<\/strong>, containing 8,524 questions <\/strong>in total. With an average of more than 2399 students each month<\/strong>, you have collected a staggering amount of 95,751 answers <\/strong>from your learners!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wayground<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n

\"Wayground<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Wayground<\/strong> has continued to be a fun and flexible way to bring quizzes and activities into lessons with the added accessibility of “Accommodations”. Whether running sessions live or letting students work through at their own pace, it\u2019s made checking understanding more engaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, 174 active staff members <\/strong>embraced Wayground, creating an impressive 2,000 sessions<\/strong>, including a mix of assessments, lessons, videos and more, including 442<\/strong> with accommodations<\/strong> set up for students, and a whopping 554,000 responses<\/strong> received. Our top user led the way with 100 sessions<\/strong>, showing just how well the platform has been used across the College Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edpuzzle<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n

\"Edpuzzle<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Edpuzzle has changed how we use video in lessons, allowing staff to add questions, notes, and pauses to check understanding. It works with YouTube, teacher-made videos, and screen recordings, while offering clear insights into student progress. Easy to use and self-paced, it\u2019s a great way to keep learners engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisation used Edpuzzle to create 509 interactive videos <\/strong>for their students, who spent over 1,401 hours<\/strong> engaging with the content and answering a total of 68,127 questions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canva<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n

Canva<\/strong> has been a powerful tool this year for bringing ideas to life across the organisation, helping staff and students create engaging, professional-looking content with ease. From presentations and infographics to posters and video, Canva makes it simple to design visually impactful resources for teaching, learning, and business use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, 378 members of staff<\/strong> and 1,735 students<\/strong> have created an impressive 16,647 designs<\/strong>, highlighting Canva\u2019s growing role in supporting creativity and the diversification of assessment across the College Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
