We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criteria&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/WAI\/WCAG21\/Understanding\/link-purpose-in-context.html\">2.4.4: Link Purpose (A)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Content that&#8217;s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PDFs and Documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The accessibility regulations&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2018\/952\/regulation\/4\/made\">do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018<\/a>&nbsp;if they\u2019re not essential to providing our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of our PDFs and Documents are essential to providing our services don&#8217;t fully meet accessibility requirements. For example, we have PDFs with information on how users can access our services, and forms published as Word documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We plan to either fix these or replace them with accessible HTML and are working to address this issue by August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Captions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some embedded videos are not captioned or use automatically generated captions which may be inaccurate.
