    COLLEGE STUDENTS TASTE MAJOR EVENT

    October 11th, 2012

SIX STUDENTS from Loughborough College enjoyed more great experience when they took part in the East Midlands Fine Food Festival at Melton Mowbray.

They helped out on the College’s stand at an event which saw a staggering 11,500 people attend.

There was little doubt that the College’s offering went down well as we were sold clean out of produce by 2pm.

Hospitality Team Leader Darren Creed, who was part of the College team on the day, said: “It was great to be part of an event as prestigious and well attended as this for a second successive year. There were many stalls there for people to browse but we were the only College providing student-led food.”
